[iodine-users] Some Patches

Hi,

during a long flight, I tried to break through the hotspot's firewall
using iodine. As I could not successfully establish a tunnel (they
redirected all DNS queries), I ended up in writing some assorted patches
[1] for iodine. Please find them here and feel free to merge or comment
on them.

Summary of changes
  - Constify many things to improve overall code quality
  - Minor cosmetic changes
  - Simplify Encoding
    - common header for base{32,64,128}
    - simplify encoding accessors
  - support passwords of arbitrary length
  - improve readability of usage output
  - add missing usage documentation for '-4' and '-6' command line switches

I did NOT test them on Windows or Android (but respected their existence
during implementation).
