[sheepdog-users] not all vdi are shown after cluster restart

Yesterday my cluster has unexpectedly.
I restarted it this morning.
No node were in recovery.
Cache is not enabled on any node.

Not all vdi are shown all nodes.

Now I'm running a vdi check of snapshot id 12 to check if, after the
check, it will show up on all nodes.
It take long tough...
