[sheepdog-users] [PATCH] dog: initialize a reference count of check/repair work correctly

I made the update and vdi check bar works fine.

PS:
I noticed 'Sheepdog daemon version 0.7.0_197_g9f718d2' didn't change.
I expected it to change for each commit.
