[sheepdog-users] format while recovering

I tried to format the cluster while ti was recovering a node.

  collie cluster format -m quorum

doesn't do anything (I still see the vdi and the used space on the nodes)

  collie cluster format

clear the vdi list, it deletes data in the sheepdog directories but I
still see the node in recovery

  collie node recovery
