[sheepdog-users] remove corrupted vdi

Today I tried to remove all snapshot of backup_data and the vdi it
self but something went wrong (because I manually removed the cache
files).
I waited till recovery has completed.
Now I have an unclear situation

What should I do in such case to remove backup_data without formatting
the cluster?
