According to the below log, it seems that kelphon formatted sheepog
cluster with newer sheep, not v0.7.0:
Nov 18 19:00:19  ERROR [main] init_config_file(86) This sheep version is not
compatible with the existing data layout, 3

Data layout version 3 is introduced at Aug 30 in the commit f5cb139ead.

Can I see the version of your previous sheep for the formatting,
kelphon?
