[sheepdog-users] [PATCH stable-0.6] update for the segfault bug in event loop

This update contains a bugfix for the segfault bug in event loop. The
bug happens rarely, but update is recommended for v0.6 users.

The modification for shepherd causes conflicts so I modified this patch
manually. If no one complains in 3 days, this update will be pushed to
stable-0.6.
