[sheepdog-users] [PATCH stable-0.7 0/2] update for forbidding VDI ID recycling

This update contains the patch for forbidding VDI ID recycling, which
can cause serious data corruption.

It contains manual modifications. If no one disagrees in 2 days or a
maintainer agrees, it will be pushed to stable-0.7.
