[sheepdog-users] [ANNOUNCE] sheepdog stable release v1.0

Hi sheepdog users,

I released sheepdog v1.0. You can download source code from the below link:
https://github.com/sheepdog/sheepdog/releases/tag/v1.0

The difference from v1.0_rc1 is test improvements and the panic problem
caused by -D option reported by @linzhang2011.
