</div></div>No, you can grep the log for 'failed to recover' if any object is lost.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Hi, thank you for the answer.<br></div><div>After the recovery, I run dog vdi check on a small (10G) vdi and it fixed a couple of objects.<br>
</div><div>I guess these objects were missing one copy.<br></div><div>In case of 'failed to recover' it means the object can't be found on any of the node.<br></div><div>That would really bad because there's no way to fix it.<br>
<br></div><div>Note: I checked on my node logs<br> grep -i 'failed to recover' /var/lib/sheepdog/sheep.log*<br></div><div>No errors found.<br></div><div> <br></div><div>So I guess it's better to run vdi check in a case like this.<br>
</div><div>It will take time.<br></div></div></div></div>
