Sorry, I couldn't reproduce the problem.
Would you try the current master branch again?
The applied patches include some bug fixes and the problem
may be already resolved.

Before testing sheepdog, please check the collie version
to ensure you are using the latest version.

 $ collie -h
Usage: collie [OPTION] [PATH]
Sheepdog Daemon, version 259a828-e5b689c
....

The version is auto-generated by the output of git-log.
