[Sheepdog] [ANNOUNCE] Sheepdog 0.2.1 released

Hi all,

This is a bug fix release.  Changes from 0.2.0 are:

 - sheep: avoid overwriting a request header in forward_*_obj_req()
 - collie: avoid reading entire vdi object
 - sheep: send read requests directly in copy-on-write
 - collie: read objects directly in parse_objs()
 - sheep: fix vdi deletion
 - sheep: access local objects directly
 - sheep: fix consistency recovery
 - sheep: remove redundant requests
 - sheep: avoid using reqs whose connection is closed
 - sheep: fix a fd leak in jrnl_perform()
