[Sheepdog] [ANNOUNCE] Sheepdog 0.2.0 released

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce the availability of the 0.2.0 release.  This
version fixes many problems related to Sheepdog reliability.

Big changes in this release include:
 - journaling support for vdi object update
 - handle total node failure
 - fix data consistency when VMs read objects first
 - support VMs running outside the sheepdog cluster
 - support live migration
 - remove vdi lock/release feature

I'm planning to forcus on performance issues in the next release:
 - writeback support
 - scalability upto several hundreds nodes
