Created a new sheepdog repository on Github:

 - repository        git://github.com/collie/sheepdog.git
 - source browse     https://github.com/collie/sheepdog
 - wiki              https://github.com/collie/sheepdog/wiki
 - bug tracker       https://github.com/collie/sheepdog/issues
 - roadmap           https://github.com/collie/sheepdog/issues/milestones

From now on, let's use these repository and sites.  I think of
deleting old pages on sourceforge.net in a week.
