Even if there is AES encryption (I haven't had a chance to look at the
codebase yet), you'll get acceleration from the latest CPUs, but
basically I would assume that the answer to your initial query would be:
even if there was some possible performance gain to be made by
implementing some feature using CUDA, the likelihood of anyone but some
interested party (ie - you) actually doing the implementation is slim to
none, since the effort would be high for the (likely) small performance
gain, and the number of users who would benefit is even smaller.
