Solution in short:

- on PC1:
pkill sheep
rm -rf /var/lib/sheepdog
sheep /var/lib/sheepdog

- on PC2:
pkill sheep
rm -rf /var/lib/sheepdog
sheep /var/lib/sheepdog
collie cluster format --copies=2
