[sheepdog] I got a“Waiting for other nodes to join cluster”

Hi ALL：
    I am using sheepdog of the latest version 0.4.0, and the version '1.4.3' corosync.
[root at 17-IDC-D-2115 ~]# sheep --help
Sheepdog daemon (version 0.4.0)

[root at 17-IDC-D-2115 ~]# corosync -v

Hi All.
    After a failure of switcher, my sheepdog cluster can't run.
    I got the message below,  what should i do ?
