[sheepdog] [PATCH 0/7] use different opcodes for internal read/write I/O V2

The main use case of this series is to better isolate the internal
protocol from the client facing one, but it also nicely cleans up
some internal implementation details.

Changes since v1:

 - various naming cleanups
 - add a patch to fix object removal, to clear up confusion why
   peer wasn't handled in this series
