Let's disable for now. It can't work with short threads and need
considerable rework to make it run with short threads. Also, Hellwig
mentioned of automatic grow/shrink of threads pool implementation, which
affect tracer implementation a lot. We should have a consensus stable
threads implementation before tackling the tracer.
