I don't think so, I actually have mentioned that automatic recovery will
be wasting bandwidth for small sized clusters. But this is the problem
of efficiency, not a fatal one that will make the behavior wrong. And,
especially, manual recovery is only needed for a maintenance window, not
ALL the time, so auto-recovery has its value and it is important feature
to automate admins' maintenance operations.
