[sheepdog] [PATCH v3] debian: speedup 'make deb'

Use 'timesize' instead of md5 will speed up the packaging a lot.
Alsl add --parallel for dh_auto_build so that we can specify
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=number to parallelize buliding as following:

$ DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=8 make deb
