[sheepdog] [PATCH stable-0.6 0/2] stable-0.6 update for packaging

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This update consists improvements both for .deb and .rpm
packaging. The change for rpm was manually modified for adopting with
stable branch slightly (the patch consists a change related to latest
dog renaming).
