[sheepdog] [PATCH stable-0.7 0/2] update for improving the mechanism of work queue

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This update contains improvements of the work queue mechanism. The changes don't
affect behavior of sheepdog, so users can ignore this update. It is a
preparation for future big change.

This update contains lots of manual modification.  So it will be pushed to
stable-0.7 if no one disagree with the change in 2 days or a maintainer agree
it.
