Of course I'll update the fault injector for keeping it workable with
the master branch.

And it seems that the patch for removing signalfd and timerfd can be
dropped in the near future. I looked at the internal of DR and it
seems that supporting signalfd and timerfd will be possible with
pracitical amount of work.
