[sheepdog] [PATCH stable-0.7 0/9] update for vdi operations

[Hitoshi Mitake]

This update mainly contains cleaning patches of vdi operations. These
patches are important because current code of vdi operations in
stable-0.7 is too dirty to maintain.

In addition, this update also backports patches for wrappers of
pthread functions. Because the above vdi cleaning patches depend on
it.

This update contains manual modification for backporting. If no one
disagrees in 2 days or a maintainer agrees, this update will be pushed
to stable-0.7.
