Hi sheepdog users and developers,

I released v0.7.9_rc0 of stable branch. You can download a source
archive from these URLs:

A main topic of this release is:
 - remove a serious bug of VDI ID recycling

If no one disagrees about this release candidate in 2 days, it will be
v0.7.9 officially.

      sheep: don't recycle VDI ID
      tests/functional: fix test results broken by the new VID rule
