[sheepdog] starting sheep process must use -u every time

Hi Hitoshi,

We have a cluster created by sheepdog 0.8.0. Now I want to upgrade to 0.8.1.
Every time I start sheep, the option -u is needed. Then I review the 
source code,
I find out it is because the function migrate_from_v3_to_v4() only 
change the
object files' name and remove its' extend attribute. Should it add a 
step to update
the config file?
