[sheepdog] [PATCH 0/2] update store format version and provide migration tool

The commit 79706e07a068 introduced incompatibility of store format
(store ec index in path instead of xattr). This patchset produces
migration function for this change.

In addition, the first patch removes a bug in the migration feature.
