It seems that the new GC algorithm for snapshot object reclaim has
subtle timing problems. Because I have to work on other topics
(e.g. iSCSI multipath) ASAP, I'm extracting some patches which can be
applied individually from the series for reducing overhead of review
and rebasing.

v2:
 - enhance commit log of 2nd patch
 - remove fd leak in "dog vdi object dump-inode"

Hitoshi Mitake (4):
tests/functional: use dog instead of qemu-img in 016
dog: use nr_copies of inode object instead of command line parameter
dog: forbid creating snapshot of hypervolume
dog: add a new subcommand "dog vdi object dump-inode" for diagnosing
    inode object
