[sheepdog] [PATCH 0/2] don't use SD_MAX_CHILDREN in "dog alter vdi-copy"

SD_MAX_CHILDREN will be obsolete. This patchset removes the usage in
"dog alter vdi-copy". In addition, this pads a hole of opcodes which
is made in the previous changes.
