Now, SD_OP_GET_CLUSTER_DEFAULT can get block_size_shift, copy_policy
and copies informations.
I think that SD_OP_GET_DEFAULT_OBJECT_SIZE doesn't fit in.

I'll change to handle INVALID_PARAMETER.
