You can obtain all VDI list in sys->vdi_inuse bitmap. Every VID has
corresponding bit in the map, e.g. if VID 0xff exists, 0xff th bit is
on.

There would be various ways to implement the feature, I suggest to
implement in files under sheep/http/.
