[sheepdog] patch for sbd

Hi,

The attached patch does not try to reconnect when network is broken,
but allow all I/O requests to bail out, otherwise, I found application 
can not be killed
when they are blocked on sbd I/O.

If you find it is useful, save it to disk. :-)
