Robin, the below new rules would be able to improve our productivity:<br>
- If you write patches for the HTTP interface, you can push them<br>
without agreemnts of other people. But you need to post them to our<br>
list.<br>
- If someone (including your collegues) write patches for the<br>
subsystem, they need to post the patches to our list. If you think<br>
they are ready for applying, you can push them to your repository.<br>
- You can send pull request via email (not via github) when you like.<br>
