Are you sure that you use the same iSCSI parameters, TCP parameters,
etc?

On my side:

- IET

| 2007/05/18-08:39:43 | STAT  | 5471 | v1.2.8 | /dev/sdg | Total read
throughput: 88199987.2B/s (84.11MB/s), IOPS 21533.2/s.

- tgt

| 2007/05/18-08:40:40 | STAT  | 5513 | v1.2.8 | /dev/sdg | Total read
throughput: 81151795.2B/s (77.39MB/s), IOPS 19812.5/s.


Needs to improve tgt, but not so bad.
