[Stgt-devel] patch for rhel4/centos4

BTW, here's a trivial patch against git://git.osc.edu/tgt or 
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tomo/tgt.git
to allow building of tgt on rhel4/centos4.

probably I picked the wrong .h file to put this into, but you get the
idea: <linux/fs.h> has no defines for READ or WRITE in rhel4/centos4 but
does in sles9/10, rhel5, fedora7, etc..
