We can change tgtadm not to require root privileges.

I have no preference about showing or not showing passwords.

I prefer to add another option like '--show--password' rather than
adding another operation like show-all.

Well, I think that just showing passwords is not a bad idea. If anyone
is not against it, I'll change the code some time next week.
