Most people will likely trust a snapshot like tgt-20071227 than a daily git.

And tgt-20071227 lacks some features present in the latest release, i.e. this 
won't work:

# tgtadm --op update --mode target --tid=47 -n state -v offline
# tgtadm --op update --mode target --tid=47 -n state -v ready
tgtadm: invalid request


Of course, if you don't care about users, let them wonder if anything they pull 
from git will work or not... :|
