Hi,

I noticed that something changed between 0.9.7 and 0.9.8 - in 0.9.8 (and 
0.9.9) I'm no longer able to start this reliably one after another:

# tgtd ; tgtadm --op update --mode sys --name State -v offline
tgtadm: can't send the request to the tgt daemon, Transport endpoint is 
not connected


In 0.9.7 it worked properly (or at least it didn't show any warnings 
like this).
