[stgt] [PATCH 0/3] few logger fixes

I am sending a group of patches that fix some small issues in usr/log.c

1/3 - registering a custom SIGSEGV handler that cleans up logger before exit
2/3 - adds initial NULL value and safe-checks for logarea pointer
3/3 - fixes a log messages about logger start and adds some more messages
