[stgt] [PATCH 0/4] tgt: Address issues with reservation preempt

This patch series addresses a hang conditions when using the
persistent reservation preempt service action previously reported to
the list (url to thread below).

The patch series also contains changes to address incorrect unit
attention conditions when using the persistent reservation preempt
or clear service actions.

I have tested the patches on a small two node configuration using the
sg_presist command. I would appreciate any testing on other
configurations.

This patch does not address the issue of no support for preempt-abort.
