[stgt] tgt-admin taking gigs of memory

Guys,

I am running the following command and it looks like the memory used
by tgt-admin spikes up to couple gigs. Is this normal?

tgt-admin --update
iqn.2010-10.org.openstack:volume-9c2637a7-1c47-41a7-89d3-86dddd8f9082
