[wpkg-users] wpkg-0.9.3 released

WPKG 0.9.3 has been released.

This is a stable release, no changes were made after 0.9.3-test1.

Changes after 0.9.2:

* fixed bug 13 (execute=always packages get added to the wpkg.xml file 
on every run)
