[wpkg-users] German Umlaut

Just type the umlaut the way XML understands it..

<install cmd='cmd /c move /Y "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All 
Users\Startmen&#x00FC;\Programme\Adobe Reader 7.0.lnk" "C:\Dokumente und 
Einstellungen\All Users\Startmen&#x00FC;\Programme\Tools\Adobe Reader 
7.0.lnk"' />

(Found this with google some time ago, but I do not remember the URL for 
other umlauts, sry.)
