[wpkg-users] adding a software package to Silent Installers page

Call me dumb, but I don't see where/how I can add a software package entry 
into http://www.wpkg.org/index.php/Category:Silent_Installers

Clicking edit at the top only edits the page above "Articles in Category 
"Silent Installers"

I'd like to add my Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate silent installer.
