Created an attachment (id=25)
 --> (http://bugs.wpkg.org/attachment.cgi?id=25&action=view)
catches error in subtree of loadXml

What we achieve: If there is a syntax error in a packages/*.xml file, loading
of xml is stopped, but wpkg goes on working with the standard packages.xml
file.

What we not achieve: Only the one file with the wrong syntax should be ignored.

This means that all files in this subdir aren't loaded at the moment if there
is an error in one of them.
