[wpkg-users] wpkg stop working correctly

Tomasz,

Ok, I figured it out.   A package before the one that was supposed to
install kept failing to install (it was a script) so it halted the wpkg.js.
When I moved it the bottom of the user profile all was back to normal and in
working order.
