[wpkg-users] wpkg management gui

Hi all,

I got bored today and wrote a small wpkg management GUI that runs
under windows just to learn how VB handles XML. It is a .NET 2.0
executable written in VB. It is in very early stages, but it works.

If anyone wants to alfa test it, please drop me a note.
