If you run wpkg.js /install:package on an already installed package, even though
wpkg will tell you it's already installed and bypass the actual installation, it
will add another entry to wpkg.xml anyway. I think it also would reboot the
workstation if it said so in the package.


Yes I just moved the "}" so everything is inside the if(!bypass) block.
