[wpkg-users] I still miss the /takeover function

OK, I will add it.

I just didn't focus on it, since I don't use any windows notifications.

But I guess many people do, so it might be worth implementing it.

So it should find the way in in a couple of weeks, as my time allows to 
spend some time on WPKG.
